I have over 30 years of secretarial, admin and business knowledge and experience. Having run my own businesses and dipped in and out of employment to bring up 3 boys and keep my expertise and technical skills competitive and current. I now possess a wide skills base of services within the virtual world of business. I have in depth knowledge of all Microsoft packages, working knowledge of Adobe programmes. I can work with Sage, Kashflow and Quickbooks and provide Mailchimp or Eventbrite marketing for clients and more often these days provide a comprehensive social media package for Facebook, Twitter and blog posts. What I don’t know I have colleagues who can teach me or do the work for me so I have created this co-operative working arrangement for part timers who have skills to cover all your needs.

Amanda is a qualified and experienced medical secretary and former PA and administrator. She has experience in copy and audio typing, and basic book-keeping. She has a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows 10. Amanda has an Open University degree specialising in Biology.
Sonya is an experienced PA/administrator. She has knowledge of Windows 10, Word, Excel, Sage 50 Payroll and basic book-keeping. She also has copy or audio typing and proof reading skills.
